Upgrades

Registered customers are entitled to free upgrades for one year from the date of purchase. This means that during one year you can download and install the latest versions of the software from our site, and the license file(s) that you received from us when you purchased the software will work with the latest product version. If you purchased the product more than one year ago, please click here for information on ordering inexpensive upgrades. If you would like to receive information on new products, releases, and updates, please subscribe to our newsletter.

Please note that you may not be eligible for free upgrades if you purchased our product(s) as a part of a special discounted offer via our partners. To check if you are eligible, click Help => About in the program menu. Eligible customers will see a box that reads "Free upgrades until ..." If you don't see that box, you are not eligible for free version upgrades (e.g. from v.3.5 (any build) to v.3.6 (any build)), but you are eligible for free build upgrades (e.g. from v.3.5 Build 90 to v.3.5 Build 93).

If you are eligible for the upgrade, please download the latest installation package available on the Main Downloads page. Please note that some products may require that you uninstall the old version before installing a new one. Please read the "README" file inside the ZIP archives for the instructions.
