The Message Viewer window is useful for viewing all program messages, copying, and saving them. You can open the message viewer window by clicking the View => Messages menu, or by double-clicking on the status log part of the toolbox. Each message is displayed with the full time and date of its occurrence. You can copy a part of the message, the entire message, or all messages to the clipboard. You can save the message/messages as a space delimited text file, tab delimited text file, comma delimited text file, HTML, XML, XLS, or RTF.
The Message viewer has its own menu:
| Close – closes the message viewer window.

| Selection - allows you to select or deselect message lines, or invert the selection.

| Copy – copies all messages/selected messages, or contents/date of the selected message.
|
| Save – saves all messages in one of the following formats: tab delimited text, space delimited text, comma delimited text, RTF, HTML, XML or XLS.

| Print – prints selected/all messages and opens the printing dialog window.
|
| Options – opens a dialog window where you can change the appearance of the Message Viewer window.
|
Right clicking on the Message Viewer window brings up the menu that duplicates items from the Action menu.
