Printing


CommTraffic can print traffic statistics reports as well as the list of alarms, expenses, tariffs, holidays, system messages, aliases, local networks, ignore networks, local proxies, traffic rules, and address book entries. If you would like to print a report or one of the above-mentioned pages, right click on it and select Print from the pop-up menu. Selecting the Print menu item opens the printing options window that allows you to adjust the appearance of the page(s) to be printed.

Preview

Page – this box allows you to flip the pages of the document you are about to print.

Zoom – allows you to magnify the page in preview mode by up to 500%.

Margins

The Left, Top, Right, and Bottom boxes allow you to specify the page margins in millimeters.

Document

Print title – check this box if you would like to print a title on the page; you can select a title from the drop-down menu.

Print period – check this box if you would like to print the title and the limits of the current period (or any other text) in the upper right corner of the page. This page is available when printing the Local Host, Remote Hosts, Protocols, Local Ports è Remote Ports reports. In case you would like to change the text printed by default, please type the desired text in the corresponding field below.

Print date – check this box if you would like to print the date stamp at the bottom of the page. You can specify the format of the date in the corresponding field below.

Print page numbers – check this box if you would like to see the page numbers at the bottom right corner of the printed pages.

Print

Select the corresponding radio button depending on whether you would like to print the entire document or the page that is being previewed. If you would like to print a certain page range, select the Range radio button and type the starting and ending page numbers in the corresponding fields below.

The Printer Setup button brings up the standard Windows printer settings window, where you can choose a printer and change its settings. Click on the Print button to print the document, or Cancel to close the printing window.
