The Traffic Rules dialog should be used for setting traffic division rules and is intended for advanced users. Please refer to the Local Networks, Ignore Networks, Local Proxies, and Advanced Rules chapters of this manual for more information. If you're not an advanced user, we suggest that you use our Network Configuration Wizard for configuring the networking options.
