Use Search => Find for searching text in the results list. Enter the desired text in the Text To Find field and click Find. Check the Match case box if you need to find a case-sensitive text.
If you would like to have all the results that contain the text being searched for highlighted, check the Select all matching results box.
The results list will be scrolled down to the first line containing the desired text (this line will be highlighted). Use Search => Find Next to find the next occurrence(s).
If you need to go to a specific line, you can use the Go to Line dialog by clicking Search => Go to Line. Note that the results list has a column with line numbers that is disabled by default. Use the Columns command of the header context menu to enable it if needed.
