The following features are available in the Pro version only:

• Console and Service can run on different hosts, making remote network monitoring possible. Connection can be password-protected.
• Advanced rules can be used to count incoming and outgoing traffic using different packet attributes (IP addresses, ports, byte patterns).
• An unlimited number of local networks and hosts can be monitored (CommTraffic Home can monitor up to 5 local hosts only).
• Detailed multi-level network traffic statistics is provided. It is sorted by local and remote hosts, remote ports, protocols, and updated in real time.
• Reports can be exported into HTML, XML, RTF, and Excel formats.

All other features are exactly the same in both versions. Just like the Pro version, CommTraffic Home can monitor Internet traffic for any network adapter, calculate both time- and volume-based expenses, invoke alarms, provide basic network traffic statistics, etc.
