If you have a problem with your order...

If you didn't receive the registration message from us within 24 hours, it usually means that the e-mail message that we sent to you was lost because of some technical problems with one of the mail relay servers or could not be delivered to your mailbox. Also, quite frequently the problem is with misconfigured spam filters; whenever they detect words like "buy" or "order" in the message body or subject, they block it. Unfortunately, we experience problems with approximately 1.5% of registration messages.

Special notice for customers with e-mail addresses in the ".MIL" domain: The mail servers in your domain work extremely poorly: They are often either unreachable from the rest of the world, or reject incoming mail. We kindly request you not to use .MIL e-mail addresses when placing your order. See our instructions below.

What should you do if you didn't get our registration message? First of all, please don't panic and don't be angry at us:-) We know that it feels bad when you don't get the message you are waiting for in time, but it's not our fault. Secondly, please let us know about it. E-mail us and include the following information:

  • Your name.
  • Your ALTERNATE e-mail address. If you didn't get the message the first time, there is a good chance that the problem with your mailbox is permanent, so we need a different e-mail address to contact you. If you don't have one, you can use your friend's, preferably from a different domain.
  • Your phone number. If we are unable to contact you by e-mail, we'll call you. Don't forget to give us the country and area codes, and tell us the best time to call you.

Once we receive your message, we'll immediately resend the registration information to your primary and secondary e-mail addresses. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THE RECEIPT OF OUR MESSAGE, because we need to know if you finally received it.
